SHIPPING + RETURNS/EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we have a 7-day return policy for in-store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds at this time. All sales are final on: promotional/clearance/sale merchandise, gift cards, all bulk items, personal care goods (such as menstrual products, oral care products) and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging with inserts. Proof of purchase will be required at the time of the return request. Damaged/defective items will be handled on a case by case basis (7-day return/exhange policy applies). Please email us with questions at jamie@thecollectivedsm.com

All items must be returned in the same condition within 7 days of your purchase for in-store credit or exchange.


ONLINE RETURNS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THIS TIME. We highly recommend reaching out with any questions you may have prior to placing an online order if you are uncertain about the product. Damaged/defective items will be handled on a case by case basis - please email us within 48 hours of delivery with questions/concerns at jamie@thecollectivedsm.com


SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days (NOTE: we are closed on Mondays) for your item to be prepared for shipment + the time USPS picks up your package and delivers (this varies pending whether you select ground or priority, etc). Shipping rates are determined by weight & destination. If you need your items quickly, please let us know and we will do our best to get it shipped out asap and we also recommend paying for priority mail to ensure a quicker shipment from USPS.  

SHIPPING + ONLINE BULK ORDERING

Please note that ALL bulk liquids purchased online must also be purchased alongside a container in order for us to ship your goods (this is noted on each bulk liquid item in the title as well as the product description). If you do not purchase a container for bulk liquids we will be unable to fulfill your order until an adjustment is made and payment for the added item is complete, thus delaying your order. 

 

THE COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any packages that are lost by any mail carrier or stolen. We recommend that you reach out to USPS to file a claim for any lost or stolen packages.
